Greatness of Sardarji's (Not a joke!!!!!)
"Hello friends!! Well, jayant , my friend, told me the following incidentwhich I wish to share with you. It has had a deep impact on my thinking. In the diwali vacation, Jayant and his couple of friends had gone to Delhi. They rented a taxi for local sight-seeing. The driver was an old Sardar, and boys being boys, Jayant and his pals began cracking Sardarji jokes, just to insinuate the old man.But to their surprise, the fellow remained unperturbed. At the end of the sight-seeing, they paid up the hire-charges. The Sardarreturned the change. Moreover, he gave each one of them one rupee extra andsaid, (in Hindi, of course),''Since morning you have been telling Sardarji jokes. I listened to themall and let me tell you, some of them were in a very bad taste. Still, Idon't mind coz I know that you are young blood and are yet to see theworld. But I have just one request. Here I am giving you one rupee each.Give it to the first Sardar beggar that you come across in this city."Jayant continued," That one rupee coin is still with me. I couldn't find asingle Sardar begging on the streets of Delhi."Friends, we all love sardar jokes. But the fact of matter is that Sikhs areone of the most prosperous and diversified communities in the world. Thesecret behind their universal success, according to me, is theirwillingness to do any job with utmost dedication. A Sardar will drive atruck or set up a roadside garage or a dhaba, but he will never beg on thestreets.

Hear Attack
-----------
Let's say it's 6.15 pm and u are driving home (alone of course) after anunusually hard day on the job. you are really tired, andfrustrated.........You are really stressed and upset.....Suddenly you start experiencingsevere pain in your chest that starts to radiate out into your arm and upinto your jaw.you are only five miles from the hospital nearest your home. Unfortunatelyyou don't know if you will be able to make it that far.
What to Do:-
You have been trained in CPR, but the guy that conducted the course did nottell u how to perform it on yourself!!!How to survive a heart attack when alone?Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, they person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing conscious
Answer:-------
Do not panic, but start coughing repeatedly and very vigorously.A deep breath should be taken before each cough, the cough must be deep andprolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds withoutlet-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beatingnormally again.Deep breaths get OXYGEN into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze theheart and keep the bloor CIRULATING. The squeezing pressure on the heartalso helps it regain normal rhythm.
In this way, heart attack victims canget to a hospital.Tell as many other people as possible about this.........
It could save their lives!!! Don't ever think that you are not prone toheart attack as your age is less than 25 or 30. Nowadays due to the changein the lifestyle, heart attack is found among people of all age groups.

Personal Loans! What Banks Hide from you
It is very easy getting a personal loan these days. You can walk into a bank or a consumer finance company and get a loan in a very short period of time. Or it can be the other way round as well. A direct sales agent can come to you and convince you to take a personal loan.
While convincing you to take a personal loan, the bank or the direct sales agent is likely to tell you that the rate of interest charged on these loans is in the region of 20-25%. The logic given is something like this:
Let us say an individual decides to take a personal loan of Rs 75,000 to be repaid over a period of three years. You are told that to repay this loan you would have to pay an amount of Rs 3,400 every month.
Hence, over a period of three years, the total amount you would have paid would work out to Rs 122,400. Of this Rs 75,000, is the loan that you have taken. Hence, you pay an interest of Rs 47,400 (Rs 122,400 - Rs 75,000) over a period of three years.
An interest of Rs 47,400 works out to Rs 15,800 (Rs 47,400/3) per year. An interest of Rs 15,800 in a year on a loan amount of Rs 75,000 implies an interest rate of around 21%. This figure is arrived at by dividing Rs 15,800 by Rs 75,000 and expressing this as a percentage.
Banks and direct sales agents call this way of expressing interest is known as the flat rate of interest.
But this is not the right way to calculate interest. Banks and consumer finance companies in their zeal to give you the loan do not tell you the truth. In order to repay the loan, you have to pay a certain amount every month to the bank, or the consumer finance company, you have taken the loan from. Every month when you make this payment a certain part of the principal amount -- i.e. the actual loan that you had taken -- gets repaid.
Given this, the interest is to be calculated on the loan outstanding at any point in time, instead of on the principal. This is the right way of calculating interest and is known as the reducing balance method of calculating interest.
When this method is used to calculate interest the actual rate of interest is the example taken above comes to 35%.
Hence, the actual interest rate that you are paying on the loan is almost 15% higher than what banks and consumer finance companies lead you to believe.
For charging such a high rate of interest, the reason usually offered is that personal loans are unsecured, i.e. the individual taking the loan does not need to offer them a security. And since giving out such loans is risky business, the rate of interest is high.
The explanation is acceptable. But what is not acceptable is the fact that banks and consumer finance companies charge a rate of interest as high as 35% on their personal loans and tell their borrowers that the rate being charged is as low as 20%.
This clearly is a marketing ploy. It is easier to get people to borrow at lower rates than at higher rates.

*-Love starts with a smile, grows with a kiss, and ends with a tear.
*-Don't cry over anyone who won't cry over you.
*-Good friends are hard to find, harder to leave, and impossible to forget.
*-You can only go as far as you push.
*-Actions speak louder than words.
*-The hardest thing to do is watch the one you love, love somebody else.
*-Don't let the past hold you back; you're missing the good stuff.
*-Life's short. If you don't look around once in a while, you might miss it.
*-A best friend is like a four leaf clover: hard to find and lucky to have.
*-If you think that the world means nothing, think again. You might mean the world to someone else.
*-When it hurts to look back, and you're scared to look ahead, you can look beside you and your best friend will be there
*-True friendship never ends.
*-Friends are forever.
*-Good friends are like stars....You don't always see them, but you know they are always there.
*-Don't frown. You never know who is falling in love with your smile.
*-What do you do when the only person who can make you stop crying is the person who made you cry?
*-NOBODY IS PERFECT UNTIL YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH THEM. (Isn't that the truth?)
*-Everything is okay in the end.
*-If it's not okay, then it's not the end.
